Leeds-based six-piece Volk Soup stitch together wiry post-punk, dissonant noise, and free-jazz bursts with chaotic precision. After releasing Incompetent Hits in 2023 and touring France in support, they signed with Dipterid Records for their debut LP, 10p Jazz—a volatile, unrelenting album that captures their raw live energy while pushing into stranger, deeper terrain. “We wanted to bring some coherence to the chaos,” says vocalist Harry Jones. “To add depth to the intensity we’re known for.”
